Physics Research Scientist - AI Benchmarking & Problems

Obsidian is seeking advanced Physics Researchers and PhD Students to contribute to a groundbreaking project focused on physics reasoning and problem-solving. This role involves designing and validating challenging benchmark tasks that diagnose reasoning gaps in AI models.
The ideal candidate will be enrolled or recently graduated from a PhD program in Physics and will possess deep expertise in various physics subfields. Clear communication and the ability to engage for 8+ hours a week are essential.
