Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated Radiation Therapist to provide patient-centered radiation therapy services in an ambulatory clinic setting. The role involves delivering precise treatments using advanced technology in both outpatient and hospital-affiliated environments to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Administer radiation treatments to patients according to prescribed protocols while ensuring safety and accuracy.
• Operate and troubleshoot Truebeam and ARIA systems for treatment planning and delivery.
• Document treatment details accurately within ARIA charting system, maintaining compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and optimize treatment plans.
• Adhere to all radiation safety protocols and institutional policies.
• Float within scope of practice across various clinic locations as needed.

Qualifications:

• Valid state license as a Radiation Therapist; willing to accept pending licenses with in-hand license by start date.
• ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy is required.
• ARIA charting experience is essential; Epic experience preferred.
• Prior inpatient hospital or outpatient radiation oncology experience using Truebeam preferred.
• BSN degree is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Strong understanding of radiation safety and treatment procedures.
