You’d be working at the frontier of how software is created.
The Role
We're hiring a Bay Area-based Account Executive to own new-logo acquisition. You will work with CEOs in strategic engagements to define the future use case deployments in their company. You will hunt, build pipeline with executives, progress your inflight opportunities, and close engagements across both top technology companies and PE-owned enterprises. This is a true hunter role with C-suite executives for someone who can carry a differentiated, technical pitch into competitive rooms and win.
What You'll Do
- Own the full new-logo sales cycle from prospecting through close
- Build and manage pipeline across Fortune 500 technology companies and mid-market enterprises
- Translate our agentic PDLC stack and AI-native delivery model into clear business value for technical and executive buyers
- Partner with delivery and technical leadership to scope engagements and structure proposals
- Develop and execute territory and account strategy in your verticals
- Represent 57Blocks credibly with senior engineering and executive stakeholders
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in technology services, software, or a related technical field
- Demonstrated new-logo hunting track record, not just account expansion
- Ability to carry a technical, differentiated pitch and sell to engineering and executive audiences
- Comfort selling into both high-velocity tech companies and mid-market enterprises
- Strong pipeline discipline and consultative sales instincts
- Bay Area-based, able to meet clients in person
- Genuine interest in AI-native delivery and where the industry is heading
