- Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns
- Implement daily routines and schedules to promote consistency and structure
- Monitor and address any behavioral issues using effective behavior management techniques Qualifications
- Previous experience in childcare, daycare, babysitting, or related field
- Knowledge of infant care, toddler care, preschool curriculum, and caregiving practices
- Strong classroom management skills to create a structured learning environment
- Ability to adapt to different age groups and individual needs of children
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is preferred
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with parents and colleagues If you are passionate about working with children and making a positive impact on their lives, we invite you to apply for the Childcare Staff Member position.
