Respiratory Therapist - Part Time Nights

The Respiratory Therapist II provides advanced respiratory care, primarily in critical care settings, with responsibilities including medication administration, ventilator management, airway procedures, and patient assessments. They collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans, educate patients and staff, and participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure safe, evidence-based practices. The role involves independent decision-making, supporting patient safety, and fostering a positive team environment.
