Position Description Reporting to the Engineering Manager, the Engineering Officer/Assistant Store Manager will help manage and delegate tasks to the engineering team, contractors, and designers, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards, codes, and regulations. Additionally, the Engineering Officer/Assistant Store Manager will work in-store on a weekly basis to support operational tasks and ensure smooth coordination between engineering projects and store activities. Expectations of the Successful Candidate New graduates are welcome! No previous work experience is required, training will be provided. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills. Effective time management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail. Strong multitasking skills and ability to perform tasks effectively under pressure. High level of organizational capabilities. Coordinate with service contractors on major repairs on store equipment. Provide strong support to the Store Manager in ensuring smooth operations. Duties and Responsibilities Assist in daily store operations, including prepping ingredients, making beverages, and maintaining cleanliness. Support store manager with staff supervision, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service. Ensure that all equipment is in good functionality Perform inspections at stores to ensure safety and efficiency for staff and customers. Repairs and maintains all machinery in all the stores such as but not limited to blenders, tea/espresso machines, electrical wiring, store fixtures, ice machines, etc. Manage inventory, stock levels, and order supplies to keep the store running efficiently. Understand and carry out all tasks assigned by the Engineering Manager. Collaborate with engineers and other staff to design, develop, test, and execute products and engineering processes. Ensure all projects and tasks are completed within the allocated budget and timeframe. Evaluate products and processes, ensuring compliance with quality standards, codes, and regulations. Perform regular inspections, maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment. Job Type Full-time Transportation This position requires travel; candidates must have access to a reliable vehicle.
