As our patient panel continues to grow, we’re looking for a compassionate, relationship-focused Primary Care Physician to join our existing team and help us deliver high-quality, patient-first care in a supportive, low-stress environment. Why Direct Primary Care? Why Now? In traditional primary care, it’s not uncommon for a physician to manage 2,500–3,000 patients, often with 10-minute appointments and a mountain of documentation. At Prime Direct Health, you’ll manage a patient panel of 700 maximum patients, allowing for 30 to 60-minute visits, same-day or next-day availability, and the time to provide thoughtful, individualized care. That means: More time for each patient No rushing through your day More time for yourself and your family A practice where you actually enjoy coming to work Position Overview As a physician at Prime Direct Health, you’ll focus on prevention, chronic disease management, and wellness-focused care for patients of all ages. You’ll work closely with a collaborative care team and have the flexibility and autonomy to truly care for your panel without coding, billing, or insurance hassles.
