Top Notch Staffing is California’s premier event staffing agency , specializing in the food service, hospitality, and promotional industries . We connect top-tier talent with high-profile clients, including catering companies, corporate brands, event planners, marketing agencies, and private hosts. Whether it’s an elegant gala, a high-energy festival, a corporate activation, or a private VIP event, our team delivers professionalism and excellence.
Since 2015, we have provided exceptional staffing solutions for a wide range of events and brand experiences across Greater Los Angeles, Inland Empire, Ventura, and Orange County .
We are currently seeking experienced and reliable professionals to join our team for various event opportunities. A minimum of one year of experience is required.
Available Positions:
- Banquet Servers (includes setup and cleanup; training provided)
- Food & Bar Runners
Applicants with relevant certifications (such as ServSafe, TIPS, or Food Handler’s Cards) will receive a higher starting pay rate.
