Physician Assistant, Orthopedic Spine

Healthcare United is seeking a Physician Assistant, Orthopedic Spine for an established and growing orthopedic practice in the Gainesville, Florida area. This opportunity offers a strong team environment, consistent surgical volume, and the chance to work closely with experienced Orthopedic Spine Surgeons in a physician owned setting. This Physician Assistant opportunity is ideal for a motivated provider seeking a balanced role with strong clinical infrastructure, excellent support staff, and a collaborative practice culture. The Physician Assistant will play an important role in the management of preoperative and postoperative orthopedic patients, helping support continuity of care throughout the surgical process. Manage preoperative and postoperative orthopedic patients under the direction of Orthopedic Spine Surgeons Assist in coordinating and supporting patient care throughout the surgical process Work closely with surgeons and clinical staff in a team oriented orthopedic practice setting Participate in a practice with surgery scheduled approximately 3 to 4 days per week Join a rapidly expanding physician owned orthopedic group with strong long term potential Enjoy a supportive clinical environment with excellent work life balance Contribute to a positive and collaborative workplace culture

Requirements Certified Physician Assistant Experience or strong interest in Orthopedic Trauma and Spine preferred Ability to work effectively in a fast paced surgical and clinical environment Strong clinical judgment and proactive patient management skills Excellent communication and team collaboration skills Motivated, dependable, and patient focused approach to care
