Job Summary:
Mission Health, in affiliation with Sarah Cannon Cancer Network, is seeking a Head & Neck Surgical Oncologist to join our team in Asheville, North Carolina. This employed opportunity offers the ability to join a growing regional referral program serving a broad and complex patient population.

Qualified Candidates

• Board eligible or board certified in Otolaryngology
• Fellowship training in Head & Neck Surgical Oncology and Microvascular Reconstruction required
• Must be eligible for North Carolina medical licensure
• New graduates and experienced physicians encouraged to apply
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaborative skills
• Commitment to multidisciplinary, patient-centered cancer care

Practice Overview

• Join an established practice consisting of two experienced Head & Neck Surgical Oncologists
• Opportunity to further develop and grow a premier regional Head & Neck Oncology Program
• Multidisciplinary cancer care team supported by APPs, nurse navigators, speech pathology, rehabilitation services, nutrition, oncology social work, and dedicated tumor board review
• Outpatient clinic conveniently located on the Mission Hospital campus
• Shared call coverage among practice providers
• Dedicated OR block time supporting surgical efficiency and growth
• Access to seven da Vinci robotic surgical systems
