As a Client Relationship Associate at Coozmoo Digital Solutions, you’ll support the successful delivery of client projects by managing day-to-day coordination and communication. Acting as a key link between clients and internal teams, you’ll help ensure requirements are clearly captured, updates are shared on time, and execution stays aligned with expectations. You’ll work closely with Managers, analysts, and cross-functional teams to track progress, address issues early, and maintain consistent communication. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to supporting client satisfaction and smooth project outcomes.
