Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Assist with mobility and help clients participate in physical activities.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
• Administer medications as prescribed and monitor clients' health status.
• Prepare meals and assist clients with dietary needs.
• Perform light housekeeping duties to ensure a safe and pleasant environment.
• Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
