Responsibilities Provide supervision to behavior technicians/RBTs. Empower and coach parents and caregivers. Conduct assessments and design/implement individual treatment plans. Uphold the company mission, core values, and ethical standard at all times. Always maintain a professional relationship with clients and providers Manage own schedule and caseload. Maintain the confidentiality of information including client records (HIPAA laws), personnel information and other relevant issues.
