About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead the transformation of its marketing function. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and executing a global go-to-market strategy, with a focus on driving the next phase of expansion. This role demands a leader with a proven track record in scaling high-growth B2B SaaS, DevOps, or technical software environments and a deep understanding of building category leadership that directly contributes to pipeline and enterprise revenue growth. They must be adept at demand generation, product marketing, and brand leadership, and have the technical skills to manage advanced marketing technologies and AI-enabled tools. To succeed in this role, candidates must have at least 10 years of progressive marketing experience in relevant technical ecosystems, including executive management roles. A masterful understanding of enterprise pipeline mechanics, account-based marketing, and sales-marketing conversion funnels is essential. The ideal CMO will be a strategic visionary, a data-fluent communicator, and an adaptable scale driver with a growth and mentorship mindset. They should be adept at managing large budgets, projecting customer lifetime value, and minimizing customer acquisition costs. The role requires a leader who can build and mentor a high-performing global marketing team, and who is committed to fostering a culture of metric accountability, AI-enabled productivity, and operational continuous improvement.
