Contract | Rotating Shifts (Days and Nights) | 36 Hours Per Week | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a 10-bed ICU/IMC unit with established nurse-to-patient ratios (1:2 in ICU; 1:3–1:4 in IMC)
• Float to medical-surgical and other units as needed, including facilities in surrounding areas, with floating pre-scheduled in advance
• Work rotating day and night shifts, including every other weekend and every other holiday
• Adhere to on-call requirements, including a minimum 2-hour call-back obligation when placed on low census
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation using electronic health record systems
• Follow all facility infection control and health compliance policies, including masking requirements during flu season as applicable

Required Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin Registered Nurse (RN) License
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Minimum of 2 years of ICU/CCU nursing experience

Preferred Experience / Skills

• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
• Experience with EPIC electronic health records system
• Prior travel nursing assignment experience
