If you're a quick learner with a strong analytical foundation, we encourage you to apply, even if you don't have direct planning experience.What You'll Do:Drive Strategy with Data: Go beyond monitoring by providing strategic recommendations on major business initiatives.Present to Senior Leadership: Regularly present your findings to high-level audiences, translating complex analysis into clear, actionable insights for our senior leaders.Master the Moving Pieces: Expertly juggle a wide range of responsibilities in a fast-paced environment, from deep-dive analytical projects to high-level readouts.Influence and Collaborate: Act as a key analytical partner across the organization, influencing decisions and gaining buy-in to improve business performance.Mentor and Lead: Model our values of inclusiveness and provide guidance and support to less experienced team members.What You'll Bring:Strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to learn new concepts quickly.Exceptional communication skills and a strong executive presence.A super detail-oriented and proactive mindset.Experience in Personal Lines (PL) or Commercial insurance.A collaborative spirit with a passion for creating an inclusive team culture.It's a huge plus if you have:Experience in a role with fast-paced deliverables.Previous people management experience. This role may have in-office requirements depending on candidate location

Qualifications

Master's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Statistics or other quantitative field; Ph.D. helpful given quantitative work they are leading. Minimum 8, typically 10, years' experience; must have exceptional planning, analytical, decision-making and project management skills. Expert knowledge of data sources, tools and business drivers. Knowledge of statistical techniques required. Industry knowledge critical.
