Construction Manager

Are you a seasoned construction leader with a track record of delivering large‑scale, high‑visibility projects? We’re looking for an experienced Construction Manager to drive multiple mission‑critical data center projects at our Atlanta campus. This is a fully onsite, high‑impact role where you’ll partner closely with internal stakeholders, general contractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure seamless execution from start to finish. What You’ll Own Lead all phases of construction — from preconstruction through turnover Manage project schedules, budgets, and safety programs with accuracy and discipline Oversee GC/Contractor OAC meetings, logistics planning, procurement, and compliance Perform regular site walks to verify progress, quality, and safety adherence What You Bring 8–10+ years of construction management experience Strong background in data center construction Hands‑on experience managing contracts and lease‑driven compliance requirements Proven ability to track schedules, monitor milestones, and align cross‑functional teams Exceptional communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills Proficiency with Project, Procore, Visio, Outlook, and Teams Who Thrives in This Role?
