Program Coordinator

Position Title: Program Coordinator Position Type: Fixed Term (Fixed Term) About the Role: Support IHI's K-12 pathway programs as a Program Coordinator,helping coordinate stakeholder communications and program logisticsunder the direction of the Program Manager. The Program Coordinator plays a key support role in advancing theInstitute for Health Innovation's K-12 pathway programs, workingunder the direction of the Program Manager. This position helpscoordinate communications and maintain strong working relationshipsacross team members, community partners, private entities, andpublic organizations. The Program Coordinator supports the development, implementation,and ongoing operation of programming by helping execute the plansand initiatives set by the Program Manager, in alignment with IHI'sgoals. This role is instrumental in keeping day-to-day IHIactivities running smoothly and on schedule. Specific duties include: Prepare materials for events and K-12 pathway programs, asdirected by the Program Manager; record and track data related toK-12 pathway programs; Coordinate day-of logistics for K-12 pathway programs under thedirection of the Program Manager; Assist the Program Manager with research on new pathwayprograms and help execute implementation tasks as assigned; Support annual assessment of programs by compiling data andmaterials to inform the Program Manager's evaluation ofeffectiveness and best practices; The ideal candidate will be comfortable interacting with a widerange of constituencies - including faculty, staff, students,alumni, and community members - while supporting the broaderstakeholder relationships managed by the Program Manager.
