As a Bookkeeper, you play a vital role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring smooth financial operations. You manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, and prepare financial reports to support informed decision-making. Your attention to detail helps reconcile bank statements and monitor financial discrepancies. You will work in an office setting, handling sensitive financial data, and collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Compensation:

$32,000 - $37,800 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Create financial reports and circulate them among stakeholders to support decision-making
• Administer compliance with financial regulations and organizational policies
• Administer daily financial processes and maintain precise documentation
• Regularly review and reconcile bank statements and accounts to guarantee accuracy
• Discover process optimization opportunities and execute effective bookkeeping practices

Qualifications:

• Holding a Bookkeeper certification is an advantage
• Completion of a bachelor's program in Finance or Accounting
• Understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
• Experience using accounting systems like QuickBooks is preferred
• Over five years of professional bookkeeping work
