???? $55.00/hr + Benefits | Full-Time | Day Shifts

???? What You’ll Do

Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the comfort of their homes
Travel to multiple client locations in the Woodstock area
Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and manage care plans
Educate patients and families on treatment and wellness
Collaborate with a supportive and experienced care team

???? Schedule

Full-time: 30+ hours per week
Day shifts (Monday – Friday)
Every other weekend required

???? Compensation & Benefits

$55.00 per hour

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Willingness to travel between client homes
Strong clinical and organizational skills

Home health experience is a plus, but not required
