Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) | 2026–2027 School Year | Lapwai, Idaho
Position: Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
Schedule: Full-Time | 33.5 hours/week
School Year: August 18, 2026 – June 4, 2027 (Pre-planning begins August 3; first student day is August 7)
Setting: Onsite | K–12 | 3 School Sites
ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join a supportive school district in Idaho for the 2026–2027 school year. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside an experienced speech team while supporting students across three school sites.
Position Details:
Full-time (33.5 hours/week)
Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM (30-minute lunch)
Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
K–12 caseload
Approximately 92 students shared between 2 SLPAs and 1 SLP
Travel between 3 school sites
Pre-planning begins August 3
First student day August 7
Assignment runs August 18, 2026 – June 4, 2027
Qualifications:
Active Idaho SLPA License required
School-based experience preferred, but not required
Strong communication and collaboration skills
