Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate School Psychologist to join a school-based team in St. Lucie, Florida. The School Psychologist will work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support the educational and emotional needs of students across a K-12 setting.

Minimum Requirements

•Active Florida Department of Education certification in School Psychology required
•Specialist-level degree, Educational Specialist (Ed.S.), or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution
•Completion of a supervised internship in school psychology
•Eligibility for or possession of Nationally Certified School Psychologist (NCSP) credential preferred
•Strong assessment, counseling, consultation, and collaboration skills
•Previous school-based experience preferred

Duties and Responsibilities

•Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and interpret assessment results to support student eligibility and intervention planning
•Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop behavioral and academic support strategies
•Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
•Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and social-emotional support services to students
•Maintain accurate documentation, evaluation reports, and compliance with state and district guidelines
