You'll oversee cross-functional programs, driving accountability and alignment to ensure successful outcomes. Our PMO thrives in a growth environment where structure is evolving – you'll help set that structure while still getting things done.What You'll Do:Lead medium to large-scale programs across multiple teams and stakeholdersDefine program objectives, scope, and success measures, ensuring alignment with business strategyDevelop and implement governance frameworks, reporting, and cadences that create visibility and accountabilityNavigate ambiguity to drive clarity, focusing teams on priorities and decisionsBuild strong relationships with stakeholders across functions and levels, influencing outcomes through collaborationIdentify, track, and mitigate risks while ensuring dependencies are managed effectivelyCoach and mentor team members on program management practicesQualificationsHere's What We're Looking For:5–7 years of program management experience, ideally in a high-growth or technology-driven environmentExperience managing different types of programs using blended waterfall and agile approachesProven ability to manage complex programs with multiple stakeholders and deliverablesExperience presenting to Executive leadershipStrong facilitation and communication skills, capable of influencing without authorityAbility to balance strategic thinking with tactical executionAbility to provide clarity amidst ambiguityExperience implementing governance, structure, and reporting in less mature organizationsA collaborative mindset, thriving in team-based environments where accountability and trust are keyAdditional InformationSubmit today and get started! Our salary ranges are determined by role, position level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and several other factors, including job-related skills, experience, relevant education and training.
