Business Litigation Associate

Dallas, Texas office of FBT Gibbons seeking a Business Litigation Associate. Qualifications 4–6 years of business litigation experience Experience with written discovery, depositions, drafting pleadings and substantive motions Skilled in attending mediations, court appearances, and assisting at trials and arbitrations Superior academic credentials with excellent research and writing skills Strong ability to work collaboratively as part of a team Compensation The salary range for this role is $210,000-$225,000, reflecting a variety of factors including experience, training, licensure, certifications, and organizational needs. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, relevant experience, and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable employment laws.
