Role Description This is a full-time hybrid Sales Professional role based in Dawsonville, GA, with some flexibility for work from home. The Sales Professional will identify and qualify leads, conduct on-site and virtual consultations with property owners, and present roofing, restoration, and renovation solutions tailored to client needs. Responsibilities include preparing estimates, explaining insurance restoration processes, and guiding clients through project options and timelines. The individual will follow up with prospects, maintain accurate records in the CRM, and collaborate with project managers and field teams to ensure a smooth handoff from sale to production. The role also involves attending local networking events, building long-term client relationships, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. Qualifications Proven sales experience in construction, roofing, restoration, or related home services, with the ability to close deals and meet revenue goals. Strong client-facing skills, including clear communication, active listening, and the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms. Experience conducting on-site assessments, preparing estimates, and working with insurance-related projects is highly beneficial. Comfort with hybrid work, including traveling locally for appointments and using digital tools (CRM systems, email, virtual meeting platforms) from home. Ability to build rapport, manage multiple opportunities at once, and maintain detailed, organized documentation of leads and projects. Knowledge of residential roofing, construction, or remodeling practices preferred; willingness to learn and follow company standards and safety guidelines. Self-motivated, goal-oriented work style, with reliability, integrity, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation for local travel, and eligibility to work in the United States.
