We're currently seeking an Experienced Dental Assistant to join our dedicated and growing team.

Job Description

As a Dental Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring a seamless and supportive experience for our patients. You will assist our pediatric dentist during routine cleanings and clinical procedures, help maintain a sterile and efficient environment, and be an important part of each patient’s dental journey.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients and treatment rooms for dental visits
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene
• Capture high quality images and dental radiographs
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Sterilize instruments and ensure all equipment is clean and functioning properly
• Provide outstanding patient care and support
• Collaborate with front office staff to schedule appointments and manage patient flow

Qualifications

• Experienced Dental Assistant, orthodontic experience is a bonus
• 2+ years of experience in pediatric or general dentistry preferred
• N2O certification is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with dental software (experience with Dolphin Management and Imaging is a plus)
• Positive attitude and a team player mindset

What We Offer

• Pay Range: $19–$24 per hour (commensurate with experience)
• Schedule: 32 hours/week – Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
