Job Description

·                     Drive operational improvements throughout the facility in collaboration with all department managers

·                     Serve as the primary facilitator for all Kaizen events across departments

·                     Spend 70% of time on the production floor leading 5S initiatives, Kaizen events, and standardized work instruction development

·                     Monitor and improve key performance metrics including productivity, scrap, rework, downtime, OEE, labor efficiency, inventory accuracy, and on-time delivery

·                     Apply Lean tools to conduct Root Cause Analysis, Fishbone Analysis, Visual Management, and Process Mapping

Key Requirements

·                     Demonstrated experience utilizing Lean tools and methodologies in a manufacturing environment

·                     Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing setting

·                     BS degree preferred
