Job Title CWP Bench Pharmacist - Vaccination Initiative Address Starkville, MS Job Description Support the Pharmacy Manager in leading and directing Pharmacy Technician Support Staff. Manage and oversee all aspects within the pharmacy, including patient safety, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, customer service, personnel, inventory, and workflow. Implement patient care programs to keep customers and patients healthy. Display empathy and compassion for patients, caregivers, and colleagues. Motivate, develop, and balance assignments for Pharmacy Support Staff to maximize team strengths. Identify business opportunities and contribute to solutions to drive growth and improve performance. Lead team efforts to achieve pharmacy goals, adapt to change, and deliver better health outcomes. Hours Monday-Friday 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM, Saturday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Sunday 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM. In-person, onsite as needed. Remote work is not specified; onsite required for patient-facing roles. Requirements Education/Licenses Needed: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree. Active Pharmacy License in the state of employment. Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA).
