Senior Mechanical Engineer (PE)

The Turner Group is looking for a motivated Senior Mechanical Engineer (PE: HVAC & Plumbing) who brings curiosity, leadership, and technical strength. What You’ll Do: Delivery of mechanical projects from conception through final design. Follows and manages project budget, work plan, consultants, and schedule. Communicating with Project Team and Clients. Creates design solutions to meet all necessary design requirements and specifications. Creates and proposes scope and fee. Maintains a collaborative professional working relationship with the Project Team. Facilitate communication through meetings, minutes, and up‑date memos to Project Team. Ensure projects are following the office standards. Coordinates work efforts while ensuring that the team remains on schedule and budget. Construction administration to include processing of submittals, RFIs, and other project documentation. What We’re Looking For: Minimum 8 years of designing and troubleshooting HVAC systems and leading design projects. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering. Professional Engineer license required. Experience in AutoCAD and Revit. A thorough understanding of drawings, details, and specifications. Technical experience in document coordination and implementation. Management experience integrating engineering and owner consultant teams. Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills. Attentive to detail and accuracy. A commitment to inclusive design processes and outcomes.
