Job Title- Customer Service Associate
Work Location : Remote
Duration- 06 Month+ Contract
Work Schedule : FT = M-F 9am EST - 5pm EST
Job Summary:
Client is seeking a Customer Service Associate to support customers across the US and Canada, i ncluding healthcare providers, distributors, and patients . This role will handle sales orders, customer inquiries, complaints, payments, invoices, and order tracking while ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

• Process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, pricing, returns, and invoice questions.
• Track shipments and follow up on deliveries and proof of delivery.
• Coordinate with warehouse and transportation partners to resolve order issues.
• Process customer card payments within required timelines.
• Maintain customer master data and ordering information.
• Support process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Document customer service processes and procedures.

• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Experience with order entry/customer service software.
• Flexibility and ability to work cross-functionally on multidisciplinary teams
• Bilingual skills (English/Spanish/French Canadian) are desirable
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint .
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong organizational and customer service skills.
