Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed estimates and proposals for commercial roofing projects
Interpret blueprints and specifications to determine scope and materials
Utilize The Edge software for estimating and template management
Maintain accurate records in company systems
Collaborate with internal teams to meet project goals
Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency

Ideal Candidate:

3+ years of estimating experience or relevant roofing project management background
Strong understanding of commercial roofing systems
Highly organized with excellent time management
Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities
Clear communicator with strong presentation skills
