Overview: Position: - Marketing Executive Location: Southlake, TX - Onsite Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 0-2 Years | Recent Graduates Welcome Travel: 25-35% Job Summary: We are looking for a Marketing Executive to support marketing campaigns, corporate events, trade shows, and customer engagement activities. Key Responsibilities:
- Support email and LinkedIn marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate trade shows, conferences, sponsorships, and corporate events.
- Manage event logistics, vendors, registrations, and onsite activities.
- Capture and qualify leads and maintain CRM records.
- Support post-event follow-ups, webinars, reporting, and partner marketing.
- Assist with marketing budgets, contracts, and promotional materials.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality/Event Management, or related field.
- 0-2 years of experience; internships and recent graduates are welcome.
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable interacting with customers and prospects.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours during events.
