We're partnering with a rapidly growing organization seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruiting efforts for professional, technical, leadership, and hard-to-fill positions across the business. This is an opportunity to step into a highly visible role where you'll help shape recruiting strategy, enhance hiring processes, mentor recruiting team members, and make a lasting impact on how talent is identified, attracted, and hired.

What You'll Do
Lead Strategic Recruiting Initiatives
- Own full-cycle recruitment for professional, technical, leadership, and critical positions
- Develop creative and proactive sourcing strategies to identify both active and passive candidates
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Partner with hiring leaders to understand workforce needs and recommend effective recruiting strategies
Serve as a Trusted Talent Advisor
- Consult with hiring managers on market trends, candidate availability, compensation expectations, and hiring best practices
- Influence recruitment decisions through data, insights, and industry knowledge
- Drive stronger hiring manager engagement and accountability throughout the hiring process
Build and Improve Recruiting Processes
- Identify opportunities to enhance recruiting workflows, efficiency, and candidate experience
- Establish scalable recruiting strategies and best practices that support organizational growth
- Analyze recruiting metrics and market data to improve hiring outcomes and decision-making
Develop and Coach Others
- Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to recruiting team members
- Promote consistent recruiting practices and elevate overall recruiting effectiveness
- Foster collaboration across recruiting, HR, and business leadership teams
- 5+ years of progressive talent acquisition or recruiting experience
- Proven success managing full-cycle recruitment for professional, technical, leadership, or specialized roles
- Strong experience sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other networking channels
- Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and business leaders
- Ability to manage multiple searches and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
