Mazda Service Advisor Full-Time | 5-Day Work Week | Saturdays Required $50,000 Base Salary + Performance Bonus Join a Dealership Focused on the Customer Experience We are seeking a professional, polished, and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our Mazda team. As a Service Advisor, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, helping them maintain their vehicles while delivering a level of service that builds trust and long-term loyalty. This position is ideal for an individual who combines automotive knowledge with outstanding hospitality, strong communication skills, and the intuition to anticipate customer needs. What You'll Do Deliver a welcoming, professional, and personalized service experience Build lasting relationships with customers through trust, transparency, and follow-through Accurately document customer concerns and vehicle needs Present maintenance and repair recommendations clearly and professionally Prepare estimates and obtain customer authorization for repairs Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow and accurate communication Keep customers informed throughout the service process Ensure timely vehicle delivery and a seamless ownership experience Maintain accurate records and service documentation Support dealership goals related to customer satisfaction, retention, and service performance Qualifications Previous Automotive Service Advisor experience preferred Automotive dealership experience preferred College degree preferred, but not required Strong customer service and hospitality skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Professional appearance and demeanor Strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment Computer proficiency and ability to learn dealership software systems The Ideal Candidate The successful candidate will: Possess exceptional customer service and hospitality skills Demonstrate strong intuition and emotional intelligence Anticipate customer needs and proactively provide solutions Communicate with confidence, professionalism, and empathyBe highly organized and detail‑oriented Thrive in a team‑oriented environment Maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic Be motivated by customer satisfaction and performance‑based rewards Represent the Mazda brand with professionalism and integrity Schedule Full‑time position Five‑day work week Saturdays are required Typical schedule: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM, or
