Join a team that is actively designing and developing next-generation capabilities while working directly with an international customer to deliver mission-critical solutions.THE WORKAs the Chief Engineer, you will own the technical baseline of the system and provide technical leadership across systems engineering, software, integration, infrastructure, and cyber activities for a complex system of systems. You will ensure the appropriate engineering rigor, processes, and technical discipline are applied throughout program execution.Key ResponsibilitiesEstablish system architecture and CONOPS, perform system trades and analysis, flow down the architecture and CONOPS into requirements and interfaces, and support verification planning.Ensure the logical and detailed conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions.Drive the development and verification of system requirements.Effectively communicate technical decisions and challenges to program, subcontractor, customer management, and executive leadership.Participate in developing and executing critical development program reviews, including System Design Reviews (SDR), software demonstrations, and formal customer reviews.Drive system performance, integration, and test activities, culminating in final system certification across multiple customer sites.Travel regularly to the United Arab Emirates to support customer engagement, program execution, and technical collaboration.WHO WE AREThe MIC2 organization delivers advanced command and control capabilities that support integrated air and missile defense missions around the world. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday offPay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $164,300 - $289,800. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
