???? Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time | Day Shifts | Monday through Friday (Required) 

???? Pay: Competitive – Salary range: $18- $20/hr (depending on experience)

​As a Caregiver at Platinum Care Group , you will provide non-medical , in-home support services to clients, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life. This vital role involves assisting with daily living activities, companionship, and ensuring a safe and supportive environment.

Job Description: We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide non-medical , in-home care for a client with mobility needs. This position is ideal for CNAs who are experienced, attentive, and passionate about maintaining client dignity and comfort in a home setting.

Primary Responsibilities: Personal Care:

• Provide daily bed baths and hygiene care
• Perform skin care and monitor for signs of breakdown or changes
• Reposition client regularly for comfort and skin health
• Assist with transfers using equipment such as a Hoyer lift

Housekeeping Duties:

Light cleaning including vacuuming, mopping, and dusting in:

• Client's bedroom
• Client's bathroom (including cleaning the tub)
• Guestroom used by caregiver
• Clean medical equipment after use
• Complete laundry and maintain a clean environment
• Make and prepare the client's bed daily

Schedule-Specific Tasks:

On Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, receive the client from their day program:

• Provide sponge bath
• Change clothing

Other Duties:

• Provide engaging, stimulating activities during the shift
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Escort client on outings when scheduled
• Document and report any skin concerns or impairments to the office or family
• Follow all non-medical guidelines — No medication administration or G-tube feeding required

Requirements:

• Active CNA certification (Required)
• At least 6 months of caregiving experience
• Comfortable with physical transfers and use of assistive equipment
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Must pass background check and provide references
