Product Manager 1 - Supply Chain, Inbound/Warehouse & Fulfillment Operations

Responsibilities Contribute to product planning and prioritization for the inbound warehouse and fulfillment product area Maintain a roadmap and feature backlog grounded in clear rationale Write user stories and acceptance criteria Help shape testing strategy alongside engineering Partner with engineering and business teams to balance customer value, technical effort, and risk Define a measurement plan and adjust the product based on learnings Participate in collaborative innovation discussions within the squad Support incident triage, escalation, and resolution Develop collateral to introduce and evangelize the product Communicate the product's impact across the business Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field — or equivalent experience Background in supply chain, warehouse, or fulfillment operations Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) Experience presenting technical solutions or business cases in a matrixed organization Comfort with ambiguity and curiosity for discovery work on new technology implementations Genuine interest in developing supply chain and inventory product management skillsStrong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in product planning and prioritization within the inbound warehouse and fulfillment domain, with a strong focus on developing measurement plans and communicating product impact across business units.
