Job Description Summary:

The Cardiology Nurse Practitioner (APRN) provides specialized cardiovascular care in collaboration with cardiologists and multidisciplinary teams. This role supports patients across the care continuum, including outpatient management, inpatient care, and procedural follow-up.

• Abilities in the use of specialized equipment used in respective area of practice Required
• Strong interpersonal skills, excellent conflict resolution, and communication skills Required
• Leadership/mentorship/clinical resource skills Required
• Ability to multi-task on a variety of tasks and projects Required
• Excellent organization skills Required
• Skilled in providing age-appropriate education regarding care management interventions and illness adjustment issues Required
