SpOT On Therapy Services is the first pediatric sensory gym in the Red Bank/Middletown area, providing a fun, collaborative, and innovative environment where therapists are encouraged to be creative, explore new treatment approaches, and truly make a difference in children's lives.
We're looking for an energetic, compassionate Pediatric Occupational Therapist who is passionate about helping children reach their fullest potential while working alongside an amazing multidisciplinary team.
What You'll Do
• Evaluate pediatric clients' motor, sensory processing, visual motor, and functional skills to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide engaging, evidence-informed occupational therapy interventions that support independence in daily living skills, play, school participation, emotional regulation, and sensory processing.
• Utilize a variety of treatment approaches—including sensory integration, play-based therapy, primitive reflex integration, feeding therapy, and other innovative techniques—to meet each child's unique needs.
• Educate and collaborate with families by providing home programs, strategies, and ongoing support.
• Document evaluations, daily treatment notes, progress reports, and plans of care accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with speech therapists and other professionals to provide comprehensive, child-centered care.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for new programs, groups, and clinic initiatives.

Qualifications
• Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current New Jersey Occupational Therapy license (or eligibility to obtain).
• Pediatric experience is preferred but new graduates with a passion for pediatrics are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
