Front Desk Receptionist

The Front Desk Receptionist at the Paul Nigra Center for Creative Arts will greet and log visitors; issue badges and arrange for escorts when necessary. They will relay incoming, outgoing, and interoffice calls. They will perform other administrative functions as needed.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills are required.
• Familiarity with standard office equipment (computer, multi-line telephone, fax, copier, scanner, postage meter, etc.)
• Ability to maintain confidentiality in all matters relating to employees, people we support, and their families.
• Must have reliable transportation, with ability to work at various program sites as needed.
