Line Leader 2nd Shift

We are hiring a line leader for a growing manufacturing team in Wood Dale. This role is a great fit for someone with production experience who enjoys leading a team and keeping operations running smoothly. You will play a key role in meeting production goals while ensuring safety and quality standards are followed.

This company manufactures production goods in a fast-paced environment where teamwork and reliability are highly valued. You will be part of a supportive team that works together to meet daily goals and maintain a strong production flow.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee daily production by setting up jobs, assigning tasks, and monitoring workflow
• Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Lead and support a team of operators, including training on procedures
• Identify production issues and improve efficiency using lean principles
• Enforce safety rules and ensure proper use of protective equipment

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM
• Overtime available on Saturdays

Pay:

• $18 per hour

Who Should Apply:

• 1 to 3 years of manufacturing or production experience
• Experience working with production equipment or hand tools such as screwdrivers, torque wrenches, or heat guns
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
