IT Systems Developer

Salary: $83,000 - 97,000 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Hands-on experience building solutions with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Teams, and associated tools.
• Ability to collect business needs and convert them into scalable technical solutions.
• Solid analytical and troubleshooting abilities for resolving complex application and system issues.
• Experience with data sources, system integrations, and workflow automation.
• Clear communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple projects at once.
• Knowledge of application security, permissions management, and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Ability to deliver strong customer service and end-user support.
• At least three years of experience developing solutions within Microsoft Power Platform.
• Experience with Dataverse, Power BI, and Power Platform administration is preferred.
• Experience integrating Microsoft Power Platform with ERP, CRM, or other enterprise systems is preferred.
• Experience with SQL, relational databases, APIs, or data integration tools is preferred.
• Microsoft Power Platform certifications are preferred.
• Power Apps and Power Automate experience of 3 years is required.

• We design, develop, deploy, and maintain business applications using Microsoft Power Apps to support operational and business needs.
• We build, manage, and refine Power Automate workflows to streamline manual processes, approvals, notifications, and data transfers between systems.
• We work with stakeholders to understand business processes, gather requirements, and recommend technology solutions that improve efficiency and productivity.
• We analyze and document existing workflows to identify automation opportunities and system improvements.
• We develop and maintain SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, forms, and related Microsoft 365 solutions that support business operations.
• We integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dataverse, Business Central, and other business systems.
• We troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and connected applications.
• We manage application security and user access within the Microsoft Power Platform environment.
• We create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, process maps, and application specifications.
• We train users on new applications, workflows, and business process improvements to support adoption.
• We provide day-to-day IT support, including hardware, software, printer, mobile device, and Microsoft 365 troubleshooting.
• We assist with employee onboarding and offboarding, account administration, device deployment, and other IT operational activities.
• We stay current on Microsoft Power Platform updates, industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
• We carry out other duties as assigned.
