Position Duct Mechanic Foreman – Full‑time Location Tampa, FL (RPG) Shift Days Description With a commitment to providing high-quality services to our clients, we are seeking a skilled Duct Mechanic Foreman to join our growing team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on a variety of challenging projects in a dynamic environment. Project Overview The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical systems and be capable of working both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Key Responsibilities Lead, supervise, and coordinate a team of sheet metal workers on job sites. Ensure workers follow safety procedures, adhere to company standards, and meet project deadlines. Knowledge Supervision level safety knowledge, OSHA 10/30 preferred Journeyman knowledge of the trade and corresponding trade impacts Moderate understanding of project budgets and man‑loaded schedules Skills Journeyman level ability to install sheet metal Read, understand and execute CM/GC schedules and develop a trade‑specific project schedule Material handling and management Requirements 5+ years of experience in installation of different duct (rectangle, spiral, oval, flex, etc.) Material scheduling and site management Assemble fiberglass and sheet metal ductwork Measure, size, cut, and apply duct insulation Must have all required tools for the trade Strong working knowledge of job site safety – OSHA 10 preferred Must be able to pass background and drug test Must have own reliable transportation Minimum Hand Tools Required Standard hand tools for a journeyman sheet metal installer Benefits Competitive salary and weekly pay Paid time off – vacation and holiday Medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance 401(k) PPE provided for free Free skills and safety training Unlimited $500 referral bonuses Compensation Competitive salary for Duct Mechanic Foremen determined by experience and a skill test.
