Assistant Manager

Location: Glenview, IL
Pay: $24-$28 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Full-Time | Rotating Schedule | Weekends & Holidays Required

We have partnered with a popular indoor adventure theme park in Glenview to hire an enthusiastic and motivated Assistant Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and enjoys leading teams while creating exceptional guest experiences.

Assistant Manager Key Responsibilities

Assist with developing and managing weekly employee schedules
Ensure all shifts are properly staffed to meet operational needs
Support day-to-day operations and team performance
Assist with employee coaching, training, and development
Help maintain high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
Support management in achieving operational and business goals

Assistant Manager Qualifications

2+ years of supervisory experience within the hospitality industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
Flexible schedule with availability to work weekends and holidays
