What You’ll Do As a server at The Waterfront Pub & Grill, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and seating guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Taking accurate food and drink orders and ensuring timely delivery.
- Providing menu recommendations and answering questions about our offerings.
- Maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth service.
- Handling guest concerns or requests with professionalism and care.
We’re searching for someone who brings energy, enthusiasm, and a commitment to excellent service. To thrive in this role, you should have:
- At least 1 year of experience as a server or in a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team.
- The ability to multitask and stay organized in a dynamic environment.
- A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
