EYIA advises clients on finance, funding, strategy, procurement and public-private partnerships (PPPs) for large-scale infrastructure projects. Our work spans transportation, public buildings/campuses, renewable power, water and other utilities, communications, and resiliency/flood prevention, and other types of essential infrastructure. Your Key Responsibilities As an Analyst within Infrastructure Advisory you are likely to spend your day supporting the team in endeavors, to assist clients in developing programs and to advance much-needed improvements into construction and operations, as effectively and efficiently as possible. Skills And Attributes For Success Assist clients in the development and implementation of strategies to advance large-scale infrastructure and other projects. Perform research, financial analysis and modeling. Demonstrate an understanding of capital project/program funding, financing and delivery mechanisms at the local, state and national levels to support analysis of client projects. Provide project and program management assistance to clients and project teams on large projects. Participate in developing strategy, financial, project delivery, business planning, funding, procurement and/or policy analysis and recommendations for clients. Participate in meetings with assigned clients, as well as interested third parties. Contribute to writing and developing key work products, including briefing memoranda, notes, reports, presentations and financial analysis. Assist with market tracking and research, business development, proposal writing and creation of marketing materials. Develop and mentor team members at the staff and intern levels. To qualify for the role, you must have A bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of related work experience; or a graduate degree and some related work experience. Proven quantitative analytical capabilities. Outstanding critical thinking skills. Outstanding communication, writing and organizational skills. Intellectually curious with a strong desire to develop professionally in the infrastructure finance and policy sector. You must either reside in or be in a commutable distance to your office location for this position. The ability and willingness to travel and work in excess of standard hours when necessary. In certain circumstances, travel may be required beyond your work location based on client and project needs. Ideally, you will have Outstanding critical thinking skills with the ability to solve unstructured problems. Outstanding communication, writing and organizational skills. Intellectually curious with a strong desire to develop professionally in the infrastructure finance and policy sector. Knowledge of how to leverage AI tools in a business setting, including Microsoft Copilot. We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $74,400 to $122,800. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $89,400 to $139,600. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
