As an Allied Universal Security Officer at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine unarmed patrols, monitor assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and communicate concerns promptly. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $17.20 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM Tue: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM Wed: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM Thur: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM Fri: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and contractors while following Allied Universal procedures and site-specific policies at a manufacturing and industrial location. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to identify and report unusual activity, access concerns, and facility hazards. Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, and document visitor, contractor, and vehicle activity in accordance with site requirements. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting designated personnel and/or emergency services when appropriate. Prepare accurate reports of patrol activity, incidents, and security-related observations, and communicate relevant information to site management. Minimum Requirements: Have at least 2 years of security-related experience. Be at least 21 years of age. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
