As an Assistant Site Manager, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality developments that reflect our values of Ambition , Collaboration , Impact , and Agility . What you’ll do: Support the Site Manager in delivering safe, high-quality, on-time construction projects Lead day-to-day site activity, championing health & safety and quality standards Coordinate sub-contractors and ensure programmes, plans and regulations are followed Maintain a clean, well-presented site that reflects Hill’s commitment to excellence Build strong relationships with internal teams, suppliers and external partners What we’re looking for: HNC/NVQ Level 4 or equivalent experience in construction SMSTS, CSCS, and relevant safety qualifications Confident communicator with strong time management and leadership skills Knowledge of traditional, RC frame, and timber frame construction A proactive, solutions-focused approach and attention to detail What you’ll get: 26 days holiday Private healthcare and wellbeing platform Hill Incentive scheme and retail discounts Volunteering days and continuous learning opportunities A high-performing and supportive team culture Competitive salary and package Why Hill?
