Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am – 4:30pm EST (Mandatory and Voluntary OT Offered)

Title: Client Service Representative

Our client is seeking an experienced and dependable Client Service Representative to support both consumers and business clients within the commercial logistics space. This role requires strong customer service skills, the ability to pivot quickly, and a solutions‐focused mindset. Ideal candidate has previous contact center experience, dependable tenure and multi systems management experience. This role does offer room for growth and upward mobility to our business development team.

Key Responsibilities

• • Deal directly with internal and external customers via telephone, email, and live chat
  • Respond promptly and thoroughly to customer inquiries and complaints
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information needed to resolve issues
  • Process entry‐level orders, returns, and credits
  • Follow up on unresolved matters and drive them to full resolution
  • Document all customer interactions with detailed notes, including actions taken
  • Communicate and coordinate effectively with other departments

Qualifications

• • 1–3 years of customer service experience; call center experience is a plus
  • Prior logistic coordinating experience is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast‐paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent problem‐solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Strong communication skills with both internal teams and external customers
  • Business acumen and the ability to think quickly on your feet
  • Willingness to work extended hours or overtime as needed
  • Attention to detail
