Location: Brick Township, NJ

Position Type: Full Time - Mon-Fri 09:00am-05:00pm

Compensation: Pay Range: $120,000-$150,000 Per Year

Description: This position involves serving as a primary care provider in a long-term care setting. The role is full-time, located in Brick Township, NJ, with a weekday schedule. Candidates must be board certified and will receive extensive training. Applicants with hospital setting experience will be considered.

Requirements: NP or PA license in (insert whatever state it is in) Board Certification Ideally 1 Year of experience in an SNF setting, open to transferrable experience including new grads

Qualifications: Must be Board Certified Experience in a hospital setting is preferred Commitment to Self-Development Ability to develop health care team staff Experience in providing continuity of care
